The steam/heat-conducting oil heating reactor uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. The boiler steam is passed into the jacket of the reactor, and the heat of the steam is transferred into the kettle, so that the materials in the kettle absorb heat and react.

In the steam/heat-conducting oil heating reactor, because the specific heat of water is greater than that of oil, the medium of the water temperature machine has a better heat conduction effect under the same temperature control conditions. At the same time, the water temperature machine uses water as the medium and only needs to be connected to tap water, which is convenient to use. Under normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, the control temperature of the water temperature machine can only be less than or equal to 100°C without pressure. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the temperature control temperature of the water temperature machine can be increased to 180°C, thereby expanding the application range of the water temperature machine.
